Early Support is the national, central government mechanism for achieving better co-ordinated, family focused services for young disabled children and their families. It offers development across specialist services involving a wide range of professionals across early years, childcare health reduction and social services.

A key worker is allocated to the family to provide care co-ordination, planning and to provide information.
