Playscheme is for children from five to eleven years and runs in The Sure Start Children’s Centre during the school holidays; apart from the Christmas break.

We are Ofsted registered, have only qualified staff and work on a high adult to child ratio. All children including those with additional needs are welcome.
We run from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and can offer half day sessions
 
We provide structured activities and outings including baking, arts and crafts, modelling, fashion shows, sports, and outings in the local community and further a field. The children can choose to do their own thing e.g. computer, play station although this is time limited.

Snacks are provided although children bring their own packed lunch, we can heat food as required.
