Healthy Eating & Weight Management

Runs each Wednesday.  2pm meet in Frizington school hall with 45 minutes light exercise.
At 2.45 come through to the CDC and have weekly weigh in where your record of weight loss is kept.
Cost is 20p for the weighing session.  Books and leaflets on healthy eating are available to browse whilst waiting to be weighed.  Can also just attend the weighing session by coming to the CDC at 2.45 (use library entrance and go into the CDC lounge).
