Kells Nursery

Our Kells Nursery is located within the grounds of St Marys Catholic Primary School in Kells. Our setting is based within an open plan portacabin for 2 – 3-year-olds. Our cabin overlooks the Irish Sea, with views to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Galloway coastline.  We are passionate about providing children with the best start in their early education.  We provide a multitude of opportunities for learning the wonders of the world around them whilst improving their communication skills.

Our open plan cabin setting has the beautiful sea view both outside and indoors, seeing all the outdoor elements on the doorstep.  Our intimate setting allows us to concentrate on your child’s development and learning, allowing the children to walk freely to focused areas.  We have a kitchen play area that looks out onto Irish Sea.  Our cosy reading corner is enjoyable by all.  Each of our areas is individually set for either imaginative play, role play, creativity, or sensory activities.

We overlook the main playground in St Mary’s RC Primary School.  The outdoor garden has a planting bed area for the children, that is currently filled with tulips.  Our mud kitchen faces the enchanting sea.  With wooden playhouses, slides, prams, balls and tables there are tremendous number of resources for children to have fun
